One simple price per computer. Add only what you need.
Every computer on the plan gets the essentials. Backups, stronger security, network and server care are there when you want them, each with a clear price.
RTS Essentials
We keep it running.
Each computer gets a small piece of software that tells us when something's off: a hard drive starting to fail, a disk filling up, a computer that hasn't checked in. A lot of the time we've fixed it before anyone notices.
Windows, macOS, and your everyday programs (Chrome, Adobe, Zoom, and the rest) are updated after hours, and we check that the updates actually installed.
In IT-speak: Monitoring, patch management
We keep the basics safe.
The antivirus built into Windows and macOS is turned on, set up properly, and watched, so it isn't quietly switched off. Known scam and phishing websites are blocked before they load, even when someone clicks a bad link.
In IT-speak: Managed antivirus, DNS filtering
Someone picks up the phone.
If something's wrong with a covered computer, call or email and we'll take care of it remotely during business hours, with no charge per call. When we need to come out, on-site time is billed at a discounted rate.
We keep a written record of your computers and setup. It belongs to you.
In IT-speak: Remote help desk, asset documentation
We plan ahead with you.
Every quarter we sit down and go over what's working, what's getting old, and what's coming up, so you can budget for it instead of being surprised. When your cyber-insurance renewal asks a page of security questions, we help you answer them, and make sure the answers are true.

Add what you need.
Pick any of these, for some computers or all of them. Change your mind anytime. These are general prices. Every office is different, so each one is quoted case by case.
Stronger protection
Antivirus that watches behavior, not just known viruses. If something acts like ransomware, it's stopped and that computer is cut off before it spreads.
We manage your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts: two-step sign-in for everyone, alerts on suspicious logins, and new hires and departures handled the same day.
Short lessons and practice phishing emails, so your team learns to spot scams. Many cyber-insurance policies now ask for this.
Backups
The whole computer backed up automatically every day. If it dies, is stolen, or gets ransomware, we get you back to where you were.
A separate copy of your email, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive. Microsoft and Google don't keep deleted data forever, and they don't protect it the way most people assume.
Beyond the desk
Your firewall, switches, and Wi-Fi watched and kept updated, with their settings saved so a failed device can be replaced quickly.
Monitoring, updates, and upkeep for a file, application, or domain server.
Hosting, updates, domain and email settings, and small content changes for your website.
RTS Essentials + Advanced threat protection
Both together, for less than adding them up ($78). Backup is priced on its own, above.
What costs extra.
No surprises. We quote these before doing any of the work.
New equipment and software. Computers, network gear, and licenses like Microsoft 365 are billed separately. We'll recommend what fits and quote it before buying anything.
On-site visits and projects. On-site time is $100/hour for plan clients ($125 otherwise). Office moves, a new network, or switching systems are quoted as projects.
After-hours emergencies. Business-hours support is included. If something is truly on fire at night or on a weekend, we're reachable at time-and-a-half.
Getting started. A one-time $50 per computer covers setting everything up and documenting what you have. Plans start at $150/month.
Questions people ask.
How is this different from calling someone when something breaks?
With break-fix IT, you pay every time something goes wrong, so the IT company earns more when your tech fails. With a monthly plan, we earn the same either way, so our job is to keep things from breaking in the first place.
Why is backup an add-on? Isn't that important?
It's very important, and we recommend it for nearly everyone. Some offices already have backup they're happy with, so we don't force it on anyone. If you choose to go without, we'll ask you to confirm that in writing, so everyone is clear on what's protected.
What counts as a computer? What counts as a user?
A computer is any desktop or laptop we look after. A user is a person with an email account. Most small offices have about one of each per person.
Do we have to switch email or software?
No. We work with what you have, whether that's Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or something else. If a change would genuinely help, we'll explain why and you decide.
Do you come on-site?
Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely because it's faster, but we're local to St. Lucie and Martin Counties and come out when something needs hands on it.
